Our Process: 

Identifying the Funding Stream 

ITECS works to understand the technology that you want to bring to market. We identify the correct initiatives within the Stimulus Package that the project qualifies for and the program managers who control the funding. 

Identifying the Needs of the Government Initiative  

ITECS works with the agency program managers to understand the needs of the programs and what technologies they're using. We also identify the companies that have traditionally worked in the industry or provided a similar technology solution. ITECS then develops and adjusts the strategy to address the needs of the appropriate programs to best position your project for funding. 

Developing a Value Proposition  

ITECS works with you to develop a value proposition and related materials for the technology based on the needs of the government, the competitive situation, and the potential for the technology, to best position the technology to ensure that you receive funding. We also work you to develop white papers based on fulfilling the government's needs.  

Making Introductions 

ITECS presents white papers that explain your technology and its value proposition to the government funding program managers. We gather feedback and determine if a face-to-face meeting with government agency decision-makers is necessary. We work with you to develop a presentation based on the feedback from the white paper. Then, we arrange the meeting to introduce your key personnel to the government funding program managers.
